1. Professor Naoki Ishihara

Naoki Ishihara is a professor in International Relations, and he has assumed several administrative positions at Ritsumeikan University. Prior to his career at Ritsumeikan University, he served in various positions at the United Nations over a period of 15 years (1986–2001).
He is now currently holding a position as a professor at College of International Relations, Ritsumeikan University Employment History.

Professor Roos Akbar, M.Sc., Ph.D is the current Head of Urban Planning and Design Research Group, School of Architecture, Planning, and Policy Development (SAPPK), Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB), Indonesia.

3. Minoru Yoneda

Prof. M. Yoneda works on clarification of dynamism and exposure-dosage assessments of heavy metals, radioisotopes,  and medium-boiling-point organic chemical substances in general living environments to evaluate their risk for the public. He also aims to clarify the mechanisms of urban soil contamination with traces of harmful substances such as heavy metals and radioactive Cs spread out at Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant accident, and to establish a method to decide optimum sampling points by using probability theory.
